Yes. We are postponing the yard sale AGAIN.
Rain is forecast for tomorrow, and that plus a long holiday weekend? We are assuming that very few shoppers will be out and about, especially in our rural location. When we drive for Meals on Wheels each Friday, I am always tempted to let some sweet Grandmothers noon meal grow cold, when I have to pass up all the yard sales. It's not easy for me to ignore my junkers gene, but I do. Today? Not ONE sale out there. So apparently, everyone but us could clearly see...this isn't the weekend for a sale!
So... NEXT Saturday.
Really.
We mean it this time.

We're actually having one this weekend. It's very slow... I think we've made 6 bucks so far. :)
Yeah, and since we are donating 25% to your cause, that means you've received $1.50. We may have to extend this to next weekend.
You're up to $10.00 so far. Too bad there is rain. Hopefully, tomorrow we will see more people (though Sundays are usually slow) and get you up to 30%!!!!! That's my goal. We have to get you up to $991, and we already have $21.50 of it so we are $20 away. We have some items listed on Craigslist too, that we are donating a portion of as well (at least that is my understanding).
