My little brother is a father, again. We drove to Portland yesterday to welcome sweet baby Cody to the world. He is just beautiful with a full head of thick blond hair and weighing over 10 lbs. His Mom is recovering nicely and his big sister Caitlin was just adorable in her total excitement to FINALLY meet her "baby brudder"
I was tickled to be the first to dress him (and I was all thumbs, being about 7 years out of practice!) The boys all took turns holding him oh-so-carefully and staring at his tiny features. On the way home Caleb sighed, contentedly, and said
"It's not every day you get a new cousin."
