YES, I finally did it (grin)
I got off the computer, made lunch for the boys, but finally got out there. I didn't make 5 miles, but when the sensor said 4.6 at the mailbox? I called it good enough. Wow, that sun is straight up hot at 1 PM. My shoulders are pink and tender with sunburn now and I gulped 3 glasses of water and laid under the ceiling fan when I got in. ugh.
You think that painful experience will help me get out the door earlier tomorrow?
You think I've learned how procrastination doesn't pay?
You think Good job! She's finally beaten down that carnal, lazy streak and learned to just get it done, and early?

HEY PEOPLE...Get over to Brenda's donation site and DONATE, PLEASE?!! I think it makes it harder for Brenda to think about running that race when she is worried about how she's going to pay for it. My two little kids gave $11.49 that they've been saving all summer. Please, please donate! Even a small donation of $5 or $10 adds up fast and we all know that no one has an extra $1000 laying around just waiting to pay off a pledge, so help Brenda out, please!
