We were in the car and Josiah is in the front seat with me. He looks over the short shopping list I had made for Home Depot:

foam paintbrush
tarp
tomato cages

and he asks me, very seriously: "So. Are you hoping to trap some wild tomatoes?"
and I laugh with surprise because sweet, serious Josiah isn't usually the comic in our family, and I grin appreciatively and say "Hey, that's funny, son!" and he responds, deadpan...
"It's funny. But is it blog-worthy?"
