Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young... a place near your altar, O Lord Almighty, my King and my God." Psalm 84:3

Josiah

is a great kid. People are always telling him how much he looks like his Mom, and then I apologize profusely for such a heavy cross to bear. He's a little taller than me now, and has a thick head of shaggy unkempt hair. This might explain why the following happened today:

He is a huge help to me each Friday when we are delivering for Meals on Wheels. Since I was on my cell phone with a friend (Hi, Alisa!) Josiah hopped out of the car to deliver the last meal. When he got back to the car he said, in a puzzled voice...
"Mom? Mrs. E seems a little confused."
"Yeah, honey. She's 98."
"No, I mean when I go in? I think, she thinks, I'm YOU."
"Really? Why?"
"Well, she always asks me "...and how are the boys?" and "are you still homeschooling them?"
"Ready to get that hair trimmed now?"
