Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young... a place near your altar, O Lord Almighty, my King and my God." Psalm 84:3

lazy days at home...dangerous

Dad is away until late tonight.

School (plus extra) is complete.

House is (relatively) tidy.

Too late in the afternoon to go to a friends house.

but the natives are restless.
So, boredom is the door by which you enter creativity. Even mundane activities like a routine haircut become interesting, if you are looking for interesting. Sam and Caleb are now sporting Mohawks and have spent the evening whooping war chants and imitating fierce Iroquois Indians, falling upon the helpless Sioux (living room pillows).
Just for tonight! After breakfast that razor will be whipped out and Mom can tidy up the mess on their heads. But for now? Two little boys are having fun.
I suppose we could've just gone to the Library but they wouldn't remember that in twenty years.
