Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young... a place near your altar, O Lord Almighty, my King and my God." Psalm 84:3

gift favorites

Sam LOVED his black "spy" hat, a throwing knife with instructional dvd, a new G.A. Henty book about cowboys, a remote control spy car and the classic board game "Clue".
Josiah was thrilled to get a wallet, a cross necklace, a Star Wars calendar, several "Left Behind-The Kids" books, and Legos.
Caleb was blessed with new Legos (of course!), a new Wally McDoogle book, Jonathon Park stories on CD, and a giant Garfield stuffed animal.

The presents aren't the main part of Christmas...we've covered that ground thoroughly the last month. But I decided to list a few favorites, just to help you each get a clearer view of who our boys are, as individuals.
Sam is always on the adrenaline hunt, searching out adventure and the outdoors and in love with history. Josiah is in a hurry to grow up and wanted a real man's wallet, a calendar of his own, and books. Thankfully, he is still enough of a boy to whoop with delight over Legos too! Caleb is our comedian (Wally McDoogle books by Bill Meyers are christian comedies) scientist (he listens to Jonathon Park over and over and is fascinated with the evolution vs. creation debates) and Lego architect.
